The Remaking of Corbin Wale by Roan Parrish

4.5

What a fascinating story. It’s a magical story that feels a bit like a fairytale.

Corbin is a beautiful man who sees and experiences the world differently than others. He lives alone in a house in the woods. It’s a life that causes others to shun him and keep him at arm's length.

Until Alex.

Alex returned home to start over, and that included taking over the family cafe and opening his own bakery. It’s where he meets the guy he can’t stop thinking about. The man who comes in and draws for hours. A shy and beautiful man.

The friendship and romance they built was gorgeous. It has such an artistic and lyrical vibe that it is captivating.

Especially as an audiobook. Narrated by Chris Chambers he captured the vibes beautifully and just lulled you in completely.
