No Match for Love by Karen Thornell
4.0
I received a free copy of No Match for Love through Austenprose PR for a book tour. Thank you so much for this opportunity!
This was such a sweet tender romance! While I didn’t find this to be particularly unpredictable, I still found this to be so enjoyable!
From the very start, I knew we were in for a sweet treat. Right away the moment our two main characters met, I could tell there was a spark. And I loved watching them fall for one another. Lucas was such a gentleman, I adored how much he cared for the wellbeing of others and despite how much he was against the idea of falling in love, it was such a joy to see him care for Lydia and want to be near her. I found it so heartwarming how much both Lucas and Lydia cared for others, I loved seeing their interactions with those less fortunate.
This flowed so well, I loved all the high-society events and outings. I just adore reading these types of historical romances and this sincerely did not disappoint!
If you enjoy historical romances with forced proximity and characters against the idea of falling in love, you’ll definitely enjoy this one!
