I found the story entertaining and interesting. Natalie and Roark are matched through the Interstellar bride program and things are going well for them until there is an attack and they end up separated. Natalie is sent back to Earth in order to be kept safe and Roark is held captive for days until he can escape. Once he escapes and makes it back to his people he is looking for Natalie but by the time he shows up, Natalie has already given birth to his son due to the time distance between the two planets. They have some ground to make up and work to be done to figure out what happened and who orchestrated the attack. They have to figure out how to work past the distance that got put in between them and find their way forward. 
The narrator did a good job with the story and bringing it to life.
