Not a fan of any of this... Spoilery rant incoming!!

This FMC has the worst taste in men. I have no idea what I was supposed to like about Anders... Was it his minty eyes??? 

He revealed that he knew they were in a fictional town very early on but did Elsy ever ask him why he's the only person in this town who knows this?? No!! Of course not...  She was too fascinated by his minty eyes... 

She finds out who he is and it was so icky to me... He clearly wasn't over things... And still he says he's going to leave with her... Until he sets his minty eyes on a character who is based on his dead fiancee... He actually stayed in the fictional town... And she ACTUALLY took him back at the end... I could NEVER!! She must have been hypnotized by his minty eyes... 

Did I mention he has MINTY EYES?!? 🙄

I normally love Ashley Poston's books but this one couldn't have been more of a miss for me... So disappointing...
