I really loved this book!  It’s another wintery “locked room mystery,” which is quickly becoming my favorite sub-genre of thrillers.  I really enjoyed the focus on snowboarding, as I’ve always been a fan of the sport.  I was stoked about the two timelines, with the past explaining the events that led to the present situation.  There were quite a few chapters that ended with a very big shock, so I couldn’t just put the book down.  I just kept reading!  The character development is strong and definitely makes you either love or hate some of the main characters.  I HATED Saskia with a passion.  It was hard to trust anyone.  I had a few assumptions about what was going on, one of them was right.  This book took me through so many twists I was completely mind-blown at the end.  Reynolds did an excellent job at keeping me guessing.  I really loved the ending, I felt like it was different and wrapped up neatly.  If you’re looking for a great winter read, this one is perfect!
