Four Aunties and a Wedding by Jesse Q. Sutanto

5.0

This book was the BOMB. And not only because Meddy questions if there’s actually a bomb somewhere at one…or two… points!

I thought the first book was a shit show but this one truly takes the cake – and I mean that in the best of ways.

Meddy and Nathan finally connected at the end of the first book and are now getting married – YAY! But things quickly go downhill when Meddy catches wind that their somewhat-related vendors are not who they say they are.

Between trying to enjoy her special day and trying to protect near strangers from ending up dead, everything that can go wrong DOES go wrong. Seriously, you can not even predict every turn this book will take.

That said, my wonderful buddy reader predicted something I totally missed because it’s been awhile since I read the first one (and she just has a better memory than I do.

Honestly though, Sutanto NAILED it with this hilarious sequel. You definitely want to read DIAL A FOR AUNTIES first, though.
