I can’t leave a star rating on this book. I’ve thought about it a lot and there’s just too much to cover here for a rating to encapsulate. A lot of Bechdel’s story resonated with me personally. This is an incredible example of story telling. How Bechdel weaves past events with more current ones, maps of childhood books to the map of her town. It’s extremely well crafted.
