Plucked my heart straight from my chest!!! This is the type of book that makes me glad I read kids lit for a living :-) So delightful, hopeful and funny (like actually funny, not unchic middle grade funny). A series of episodic adventures with high stakes and satisfying resolutions, inside a larger narrative arc that speaks an important message: you are your community, and you are here to decide your purpose in life and fight tooth and nail for it!!
