At the bottom is a link to the book, which I bought. WOW! Not only does the book serve as an example of how to use the Snowflake Method, it is very interesting to read.
The author retells the fairy tale "The Three Little Pigs" in a very entertaining way. As he does, he illustrates how to use the 10 steps of outlining a novel and the method works for shorter stories as well.
I meant to read a couple of chapters, and ended up reading the entire book in one sitting. It only took me an hour or two.
The Snowflake Method changed my writing life for good! I have been writing for 55 years as a dedicated Pantser. I tried to plot and failed miserably. I never understood plot structure, I just wrote.
