uhh.. what? dont get me wrong the premise was exciting and the atmospheric writing style is a testament to rio’s talent but genuinely. What? there was quite a lot of build-up, academic jargon and whatnot but the ending kind of felt abrupt. maybe i am just not used to novellas, but i did enjoy the characters and the investigative phase in the middle.
