Eve of Man by Giovanna Fletcher, Tom Fletcher
4.0
Nature has stopped giving birth to girls and even though scientist do all they can, only boys remain.
Than a miracle happens: a woman conceives naturally and gives birth to a healthy baby girl: Eve.
She is the first girl born in 50 years and she becomes the savior of the human race.
Kept in a tower her entire live, without contact with any boys, she prepares to meet 3 Potentials.
She gets to choose who will become the father of her children, but everything changes when she meets a boy named Bram.
I was expecting a romance heavy book with a bit of sci-fi dystopian mixed in and although that is what I got, it was so much more!
This was all about how much influence the government, science and an organization should have when it comes to the continuation of the human race.
How do you cope with the threat of extinction?
I loved the set up of this book and am very curious to see how this story will continue.
My favorite part was the ending
