I really enjoyed a lot of this book. I loved how King wrote about falling in love- it felt so familiar and because of that, a little painful in its nostalgia. The love and attention King gave to the *details* gave her writing so much depth. It was interesting how the same strategies of good creative writing- as described by main character Casey- were mirrored in this book itself. That said, parts of the book kind of dragged for me.
