F**k, Marry, Kill Me, Daddy by Lance Lansdale

4.5

This book was a riot 😆 I laughed so much in the beginning of this book, and had a few big chuckles throughout the rest of it. Scotty and Brody were a pairing unlike any I've read before. Their dynamic was so unique. The crazy, fucked up shit they did to each other always had that undertone of caring, understanding, and love. Brody needed Scotty to take charge so that he could unbury himself from his shame and internalized homophobia, and Scotty so desperately needed to feel needed, it really was a perfect match. I was really glad that the direction Fiona and Kincaid took after Brody and Scott ran wasn't to hunt them down and kill them, but to come up with a plan for how they could be free of Brody's contract. This book was a fun little romp filled with a lot of kink-heavy spice, and it was a really entertaining read!
