This book was so cute! I loved the confidence both character’s built throughout the story! With lovable side characters like Tully and Spark, I felt this book is for all cozy fantasy lovers! Laini is one of those FMCs who I feel we can all see reflections of ourselves in, she was very well written. I might just be a sucker for gargoyles, but Rom is the softie heartthrob we all love! I’m already looking forward to book two! Well done Lila!
