The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward

3.5

What a wild ride! There were so many twists and turns in this story that I had no idea how it would end. It started a little bit slow, but then it picked up. This was one of the most dramatic character developments I’ve ever read. I love that there are cats and snakes.
I was not anticipating the Dissociative Identity Disorder spin. And then it turns out it was Ted all along!! Omg. The thought that each personality is like its own soul was veryyyyy interesting. Ted being a pretty decent guy the whole time, was a total 180 turnaround for how I felt about him as a character. I love that this story had a good ending too.
