This has been a wonderful series, set in the world of Hollywood film sets. People who on the surface have everything, fame, money, and all the doors those things open. But that’s not the same thing as happiness, freedom, or the opportunity to be oneself.

Tobias became a star at 16. Entering a lonely world where his best friend is his bodyguard. Being locked away, and unable to even go to a restaurant without a security plan in place is bound to leave lasting marks. Let only be an environment to foster finding love.

Enter Mel, the director of the film they are about to work together on. Mel is 20 years older and easily the most attractive man Tobias has met. And the feeling is mutual. One problem, there are strict rules about dating on set.

These two are fantastic together. Especially how Mel treats Tobias. The love, calm, and acceptance that he brings to the table are absolutely amazing. Though he struggles around their dating, he never falters in his friendship and care for Tobias. So glad these two found each other.

Shoutout to a dog who is more astute than any human!

John Solo and Joel Leslie make this a great audiobook. They capture the characters and the mood so well.
