Murder in a Scottish Shire by Traci Hall

3.0

I feel like the protagonist’s naivety really holds this book back. She’s not a very compelling character so I wasn’t invested in her enough to overlook the cliche flaws of a cozy mystery heroine. And there were a lot of plot set ups that were left hanging at the end of the book.

2.5 stars.
