This mafia book was quite interesting. The basic premise was that Aria had hacked into a server that had information on a lot of major corporations, politicians, and law enforcement. Six men appeared and barged into her house but she was able to get away with nothing but her computer to her “friends house”. Her friend advises her to go to the romanovs and ask for protection in return for her hacking skills. She goes and asks but he rejects the offer, but in the middle of the night comes to kidnap her.

I cant even lie everything about Mikhail was so hot like omg. This book had so many kinks, spanking, he basically said hes going to take his wife whenever he wants, no talking back, just amazing. She got there and they were married in 24 hours. Now I know this is an unpopular opinion but I hate dual pov mafia romance books. I genuinely dont care about what is going on in the mafia world, like i just want the mafia man. She even ends up pregnant and I was elated, I love a good pregnancy trope in mafia omg. Now we do find out later Mikhail payed her “friend” Tatiana to lead Aria to him and she was upset but got over it soon.

There were a lot of mafia-esque things that happened in this book (bombings, shootings, car hijacking, etc.) but will not be in this review because I regard the romance in mafia romances only haha. Overall pretty good mafia romance, just wish it had less mafia.
