This was such a fun and cute novella to kick off the holiday season. All of the characters were so fun and brought much joy. I knew from the dedication alone this was going to be an amazing story and I was right. 

There was only one thing about this book that dampened my opinion of it. I felt like the transition from Wyatt thinking about his daughter and having a wholesome time to thinking much more adult thoughts was very short. The lack of transition made me feel a bit uncomfortable. 

I liked how even in a novella there was room for Josie and Wyatt to grow and address their issues in a healthy way. Their communication was fantastic to see! I will also point out they had a completely adorable holidate that brought me many smiles.

This book contains spice which is a big element of the plot. If spice isn't your thing, this book isn't for you.
