Never a Hero by Vanessa Len

5.0

This book follows along from Only a Monster as we see our FMC deal with the result of her actions but we also start to explore themes of predestination.

This book was just as good if not even better than the first book in the series and I loved seeing the tension between the FMC and her love interests, especially as the consequences of her actions meant that only she remembered the deep connections that she had formed with them.

I absolutely zoomed through this book and once I picked it up, I didn’t put it down until I had finished it.

I am absolutely desperate to see where the series conclusion takes us but I also feel confident that it will be worth the wait because books 1 and 2 were so incredibly strong.
