Absolutely terrible.
I have read a few books by Clark now, and normally absolutely love them. This one however, was slow, full of silly short chapters that added nothing to the story line, and dense characters with no substance.
At the beginning of the book, I had such hope that it was going to be as gripping as the previous books I've read by Clark, gosh was I mistaken! The characters are just so slow... the pace of the book is slow... there is just no depth at all to any of it.
Save yourself, don't bother. Clark has written far better books than this one!
