After losing his first love, Jonah is not one for romantic attachments and prefers being one and done. All of that changes when he runs into one of his hookups roommate, and can't get the absolute ray of sunshine out of his head. For the first time in five years Jonah starts to feel something for someone and he's terrified, but sweet sensitive Alan is impossible to resist.

Jonah and Alan are precious little angel babies, and I loved both of them so much. While I found their romance to be super sweet and steamy, it was also super emotional and hit me right in the feels. Both have suffered great losses, and struggle with anxieties that stem from that, Jonah most of all. There's a lot of misplaced guilt and trauma after losing Elliott, but seeing his character grow and get the help he needed so he could have a solid relationship with Alan was wonderful.

I honestly wish their story had been longer, I just loved them so much and didn't want their story to end.
