I am not sure what has taken me so long to finish this series, but I regret every second this book sat on my kindle. I loved this story so much, even if it made me cry.

Sabrina is introduced as being the Senator’s daughter but she is also friends with Chloe and Natalie so she starts coming around more to the parties. Brina is hard working and driven, but she also doesn’t want to be in the spotlight. Murphy is your typical football star who is loving life and enjoying all the girls that come with it. But a huge scare causes him to lean on Brina and they end up developing a friendship. I loved watching their relationship develop as they went from acquaintances to developing their friendship and eventually into lovers.

Murphy and Brina have the kind of supportive relationship that everyone prays to have one day. They each took turns being there for one another and giving a shoulder to lean on. Neither one ran when things got rough and I really liked their fight to be together. Sabrina was such a lovely character who was very kind and sweet but she also showed off her feisty vindictive side! You are definitely going to swoon over Murphy. This story was beautifully written and will be sure to make you cry. “Be careful with my heart Murphy” “I'll guard it with my life princess”
