Dogs are very hot topic in this book.

I didn't really know what to expect when I was picking up this book except for this was going to be geared toward something to do with the holidays.

This book follows Imogen who is forced to take a vacation because her boss can clearly see she is burnt out. This leads to Imogen learning more than the fact that she needed to take a break. I will say though for being at a job for a year her boss was so lenient and understanding. Not only did Imogen lie about so much of herself, there were like zero repercussions for it. Even if an employee is really good at what they do, that's...concerning.

I NEEDED MORE. Like what happened a few years later down the road. Did her relationship work out? Work life? So much happened at the end and all we were given was a cute Christmas. I really want to know what happened after the holiday was over. I can see happiness in the present, but how does it work out in the end?
