The beginning of a twisty, intriguing flip of the King Midas tale. It was quite interesting to be swept up in the story while trying to figure out what secrets were hiding amongst the snow. I enjoyed the main character and reading from her point of view. Bring inside her head is amusing at times, I both laughed and cried with her. I look forward to the next book in the series.
