White Horse by Erika T. Wurth

Kari is a 35-year-old party girl with a past that has come literally back to haunt her. A self-identified urban Indian (her mother Apache and Chickasaw, father white) she inherits a bracelet from her mother, who disappeared when she was 2 months old, and the hauntings begin.

This is a ghost story that read YA despite heavy themes of abuse and MMIW (Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women). Kari is a cool girl I enjoyed hanging out with and learning about. The end got a little wild but overall it was an interesting ride.
