So personally I didn't think there was as much to take from this book compared to Essentialism, and I felt it could have worked better as a long-form article with all the salient points condensed into something brief. I was really happy to hear Eve is doing better, I hope she continues to recover. I haven't found a fair system to rate non-fiction so far so I'm leaving the rating blank.
