I don't know if this book will work for everyone the same way it worked for me. I can see how if you come into this book looking for a romance novel, you would be disappointed. But I like what Yoon did with the themes here. I went in pretty blind, and I think that is how you should go into it. I'm just going to say that I love all of the characters. Evie's voice is great. I love her journey....and I feel saying anymore is too much information.
