This was a great lighthearted fast read. Lucy is a pediatric physical therapist (I never knew this job existed) who works with children who may have physical impairments or disabilities. She lives in a small town with her parents and her brothers. She is just about to get married and unfortunately catches her fiancé in an interesting situation with her wedding photographer. She decides to cancel her wedding. She didn’t really love her fiancé but she was hoping to move on and out of her small town. However, things change when she is ambushed by her brothers to meet with Jax her brother’s best friend. Jax is truly a nice guy who unfortunately meets and dates the wrong women. He is looking for love but his father hadn’t always given him the best example of love and fidelity. Jax wanted to meet with Lucy to offer her a position in his new venture after he retires from playing professional football. Jax wants to set up a camp for young kids with disabilities and hopes that she can help run the camp since she knows what sports or activities these children can perform. However, Jax is really unprepared for the hatred and bitterness that Lucy has for him. Lucy blames him for the accident that happened on graduation night that affected her brother and prevented him from going into the NFL like Jax. Can Jax help her get over these feelings? Will she accept this new position working in the camp that will change her life and possibly lots of children? Can the feelings that Jax has for Lucy change her feelings about him? Great romantic story can’t recommend this books enough. Now this is the third book in the Wylder Love Series and I didn’t feel lost or confused but I definitely would like to go back and read about the previous Wylders.
