I’m not usually one for historical romances but this was a great, light read! No wonder it’s highly recommended.

I LIVE for a smart, tenacious female main character. UGH!!!!

I loved Colin and Minerva’s chemistry. So much back and forth with the banter, the flirtation, the teasing. The slow burn and growing attraction/affection was also exceptionally done.

The setting of a road trip and the wacky ass problems they came across the way was so fun to read and I loved how Colin stories became progressively more ridiculous as time went on.
