Overall I did enjoy this book and found the premise interesting. I liked jumping through the different time periods to unpick what had happened and discover why the characters are as they are.
The book definitely had some dark, disturbing turns.

The main reason this book isn't scored higher is because of the ending. I personally just found it dragged and that I wanted a bit more.
