I LOVED this book. I loved Viola in HTGAWM so it was really important to me to learn her whole story. Her journey to where she is now with acting and life is an unbelievable road, and one that I don’t think was easy to share, but important to her and our wider world that she did so and brought visibility to everything her and her family were up against - poverty, abuse, addiction, racism, and so much more. I wish I had done the audiobook and heard this in her voice - only regret.
