The LRB review of this book pointed out some weird language usage (the use of the word "so" to imply that it was because of one person that the international courts insisted that Goering be healed from his addiction before standing trial, which is not true), and once pointed out I kept seeing this strange use of language everywhere. Otherwise a very enjoyable book.
