The magic book is calling you #HocusPocusReadathon

This was cute. It’s a middle grade read. The idea is really cool. For a middle grade, I do think there are some fantasy and magical things maybe kids wouldn’t understand what they are without definitions. However, it’s not so complicated to figure out. If you read enough fantasy it’s nice not having to be explained everything. I like that the songs in the book are actually important. Too many books just throw in songs for fillers. I liked the idea. However, it wasn’t anything special. Maybe, it’s because I’m older than the demographic or maybe cause the plot as been done before (or a lot).
