poetry can’t be lazy or unimaginative, it’s thoughts in the purest way to find them, poetry should flow, if you think too much when writing it, it isn’t poetry anymore. i loved the book, it made me feel alone in the best way possible, i don’t understand why it’s so low rated, lana captured everything so well and the annotations made it more home-like, she really let herself flow and it shows
