Prime the pumps early to get kids interested in women writers and great books! I read this at the Eric Carle Picture Book Museum’s bookstore and regret not buying it. The silver lining is that I hope some little kid gets to take it home soon and enjoy it for years to come — and eventually read Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
