It's a case of a wrong sell. I read this in hopes of high steam erotica and whether it be spoiler or not - there's no sex in the first book at all. And I mean that's just a no-go for me when it comes to erotic romance books.
As a new adult romantic paranormal fantasy this would be quite nice. The FMC might be the cliche bad girl with plenty NLOG-vibes, but I was pleasantly surprised how the emotional turmoil and conflicts were handled. There's too much references to modern popular tv-series, music, movies etc and the audiobook narrator really gets on my nerves by book 2. Can't see myself finishing the series or even getting to the actual sex..
