This book was decent. I definitely felt like there could have been more character development and world building. Where was the chemistry though? It was very superficial, yet lacking. You’d go from reading about a prince who was overall kind to one who was telling the girl he kidnapped she is his. How did we get there? I got some Beauty and the Beast vibes. I’m intrigued, but this first book fell a bit short for me.
