I found this harder to get through than the first one. Garber’s descriptions can be annoying and hard to imagine. Sometimes I just want something more literal to help me picture things and understand. I also think I prefer the heroine from book one too. The ending, just like the first book though, was good. I’m keen to find out what happens in the third.
