Gosh where do I even start?? Wes and Ada, what a pair. If there's one thing I love, it's man written by a woman. I loved Wes from the first book and I'm happy I didn't have to wait too long for his own story. Reading about him talk openly about his depression was refreshing. Wes is all things sugar and sweet, wholesome and genuine. Ada's love story with Wes was great, but I also enjoyed her integration into the other female characters of the book. Makes friends as an adult woman is tough, and I liked that we got to read about some of her hesitancy in getting to know the others.
This was a quick read and well worth it the wait from the library - I see why it's so popular!
