It is very tropey and the main characters have only a little bit of personality and I don’t really know why they like each other. When they were together it was cute and stressful cause of Hani’s lies plus the second half of the book was so good with the way it all came together. I like that our main characters weren’t just flat out good guys but were having to deal with the consequences of their own actions.
The main characters are kinda dumb though and Seokga is a little bit of a flop. There were also little nuggets of interesting characteristics with his character like him feeling banished from every home, his jealousy of his brother, not being able to stop his nature of being a trickster (I feel like the author had a crush on Loki) etc.
Also what the hell is the second book going to be about. I thought it was gonna end with Hani ending up in hell and in the second book Seokga was going to have to break her out of there.
