I loved it! I really loved this story between Jarrod and Devin, who despite having two completely different lives, manage to find that common ground that allowed them to be together. I really liked how they met again and rekindled their friendship, after 10 years of not seeing each other, creating a deeper connection. And something that I really liked, is how, even though the attraction and how they act because of that attraction is almost immediate, the development of their story is not rushed.

Jarrod had never been attracted to a man before, however, that didn't stop him. Once he accepted how he felt about Devin, he let go and enjoyed it, without questioning himself too much. The only barrier for him was his profession and how it would affect his team if he made it public. For Devin, he was frustrated for the first time about his own successful career as a gay adult film star, knowing how much it could hurt Jarrod. And it is the only reason why he decided that they should go their separate ways once they left the refuge that the resort represented.

However, neither could forget the other, and after several months apart, they suddenly started meeting again and again, making the separation more difficult and painful each time, until they decided to give it a chance and try to keep it a secret.

Both, each one for their own side, began to see that for the other they are willing to sacrifice anything to be together, knowing that the love they felt for the other was one of those that only occurs once in a lifetime, and so it was worth fighting for.

Beautiful story, with all the ingredients: funny, romantic, with plenty of hot moments between them, a little bit angsty and emotional... Like I said, a bit of everything.

I was given an advanced copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
