This was my first Olivie Blake book so I had high expectations and the author quite easily met them. It was so easy to get caught up in the heads of Aldo and Reagan. Considering this book was centered around time, bees, and math I was worried it might be a bit confusing but I found it easy to understand. The coolest thing about this book was seeing what Aldo and Reagan's thought processes were like and they showed me new ideas and concepts that I never really thought about before. The only thing that I wasn't a huge fan of is when the writing style would switch from what it normally was to something else. Despite it being used for an obvious reason like to show both perspectives at once or to show what Reagan's racing thoughts were like. I often had to reread those parts to fully grasp what they were trying to say. Otherwise this is a book that I'll be thinking about for a long time and I am eager to reread it.
