This is a fantastic and informative picture book for young children! I've been wanting to read this since I heard it was published and our library finally got a copy in. Born on the Water presents the true origins of America in a way for younger children to understand. Although, it may be difficult to get your kiddos to pay attention because it is quite long, but this should be on everyone's "must read" list.
