Alix of Hesse, Helene d’Orleans, and May of Teck may run in the same circles, but their goals are very different. I used both eyes and ears to read/listen and I highly recommend both. The narrator, Imogen Wilde, brought all of her skills voicing so many characters from differing countries that the transitions were seamless during the dialogue portions. Seriously well done!

The book ends on a bit of a cliffhanger so I’ll be waiting on pins and needles until the next installment!
