what a terrifying uncovery
It’s fairly unsettling to know Someone has died or is dormant inside of you, and to still live on as a new re-born person around that deceased is a difficult thing. It’s hard and confusing and very upsetting. But the life of the re-born is always, always, a beautiful, gracious and grandiose one. Simply by its definition. This representation in Piranesi, I love so, so much.
