This book was one of my most anticipated books of the year and it was perfect! I was hooked from page one and I couldn't put it down. It was full of action, funny banter, suspense and twists. And I just adored the romance. Tavish is such a fun character, he's a bit goofy but at the same time really tough and with a kind heart. And Ellis, my goodness,  Ellis is simply precious.  He's so compassionate  and polite and he cares so much for everyone.  I absolutely fell in love with him, he's a new favourite. Opposites attract and Tavish and Ellis were made for each other, a perfect match. I also really loved that we got a few chapters from Leland's pov, it's always entertaining to be in his head.
The scene at the escape room was hilarious. The parrot was adorable and Tavish trying to seduce people with his accent had me giggling.
Fantastic book, a great addition to the series.  I didn't want it to end!
