The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna

4.0

Mika is a witch and her guardian has some very specific rules about what witches and witches can and can't do. she also kept Mika sheltered during her childhood, never really explained how she became and orphan and expects her to be alone so others don't find out her secret.

Well Mika pushes the limits on all this and doing a video online she gets an odd email asking for help. Against her better judgement she responds and finds herself tutoring three very young girls.

the different personalities of the three are endearing and laugh out loud at times. Loved how they accepted her and the rest of the household made her feel like she found a home filled with people she cared about

all in all a good story until the unnecessary plot twist towards the end
