This book was so so good! Jay is just a master storyteller and the world he has crafted is incredible. I feel such an emotional attachment to Dior and Gabriel and their journey and relationship really expands in this book, in the most beautiful ways possible.
Of course the emotional heartbreak and turmoil absolutely kicked me in the feels. The only thing for me was this one did feel slower in places compared to book 1, and even though I really like Celene’s character, I struggled a bit when it was her telling the story and not Gabriel. But otherwise, no complaints from me!
