Scorched by Jennifer L. Armentrout
4.0
4 Scorched Stars
After reading Frigid, I had to read Scorched. I am glad I did reread these books because I remember enjoying them.
I will say this time I had more empathy for Andrea then I did the first time I read this book.
She really is going through a lot but you wouldn’t really know it because she portrays this hard outers shell.
Sometimes I thought she was a little selfish, and sometimes I felt like Tanner was being a bully.
Overall, I liked the connection between Tanner and Andrea and I really grew to like their relationship near the end.
Andrea has a lot of growing up but I think so does Tanner and I believe he was learning this near the end and that was what I liked best.
I liked the narration for both books, it was perfect for the characters.
*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*
